A rapidly growing outpatient practice in Sacramento is seeking an Infectious Disease Physician to lead and expand our comprehensive sexual health and prevention programs. This role is 100% outpatient with no inpatient rounding , offering a predictable weekday schedule and light patient volume.

Key Highlights & Practice Overview

• 100% Outpatient Practice: Enjoy a predictable Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule. Zero hospital rounding responsibilities.
• Balanced Workload: Care for 8-16 patients per day through a combination of in-person visits and virtual consults.
• Dedicated Support Team: Work directly with a dedicated Medical Assistant and Patient Navigator, with seamless access to primary care, psychiatry, and substance use specialists.
• Program Leadership: Shape clinical direction by establishing protocols, expanding injectable HIV/PrEP therapies, and leading STI prevention initiatives for high-need populations.

Compensation & Total Rewards

• Base Salary: $300,000
• Incentives: Sign-on bonus and full relocation assistance package

Candidate Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Infectious Disease.
• Expertise or strong interest in outpatient HIV, Hepatitis B/C, PrEP/PEP, and STI care.
• Passion for expanding healthcare access and caring for underserved patient populations.
