As a Program Administrator supporting the Hospital Care at Home Program, you will lead the development, implementation and maintenance of the organizational and managerial expertise necessary to support high-functioning programs. Working with the implementation team in Florida and Ohio, you will oversee day-to-day program operations, monitor patient volumes, resolve escalations and provide administrative support for program governance, including reporting and data compilation. You will oversee scorecards and metrics, lead a team of 16 service coordinators and prepare regularly scheduled financial reports for leadership.A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Position location is: 777 37th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960A caregiver who excels in this role will: Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of the organizational and managerial expertise necessary to support high functioning programs in any combination of the following areas: research, quality and patient safety and/or specific Institute/Division initiatives.Perform analysis, compile data and advise the Department Chairs relative to long-range planning strategies, department organization, financial forecasting, personnel management, patient relations, space and equipment, marketing strategies and external institution relations.Ensure department is properly staffed with skilled and trained support personnel.Effectively schedule staff to ensure coverage of all department functions.Provide orientation to new employees consistent with Foundation and Joint Commission guidelines.Prepare, manage and monitor the annual budget including projecting patient levels, revenue, technical and professional fees, equipment expenditures, staff and employee growth and space and remodeling needs.Plan, develop and execute marketing analysis to determine the department market position; interpret findings and make recommendations.Make decisions regarding employment, compensation, promotions, transfers, disciplinary actions and terminations; conduct performance evaluations, provide career development and educational opportunity counseling to employees.Guide and advise employees in more complex aspects of their work.Other duties as assigned.Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Science or a related fieldFive years of relevant experience including a minimum of two years managing large projectsOrganizational, personnel and financial management experienceKnowledge of budgeting, cost analysis, manpower planning, supervision and operational analysisSelf-directed with demonstrated ability to work independently and establish cooperative relationships with colleaguesStrong organizational, communication and analytical skillsAbility to direct and evaluate the efforts of othersPreferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Master's Degree in health services research and administration, business or related discipline (may offset some of the experience requirement)Health care experienceAnalytical/financial backgroundSupervisory experiencePhysical Requirements: Manual dexterity in order to perform keyboard functions.Requires frequent computer entry, sitting and walking to attend meetings.Personal Protective Equipment:Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures Pay RangeMinimum Annual Salary: $92,620.00Maximum Annual Salary: $141,265.00The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set and education.
