This is a fast paced manufacturing environment where employees work with structural steel, fabrication equipment, and hand tools.

Mig Welders Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 to $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift

• **Key Responsibilities:***
• Perform MIG welding processes on a variety of steel components with precision and efficiency
• .* Read and accurately interpret basic blueprints and work instructions to ensure product specifications are met
• .* Execute fitting, tacking, and welding operations to assemble parts into finished products.
• * Conduct thorough inspection of welded products to identify and correct any imperfections, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
• * Safely operate grinders and other essential fabrication tools
• .* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Mig Welders Qualifications:

• **Required Skills & Qualifications:***
• Proven expertise in MIG welding techniques.
• * Ability to read and comprehend basic blueprints and work instructions.
• * Proficiency in using various fabrication tools, including grinders
• .* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, standing for extended periods, and stooping.
• The work environment will involve exposure to both warm and cool temperatures.*
