Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor

As a Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead maintenance, security, grounds and custodial teams, ensuring our facilities run efficiently and meet our quality standards of excellence.

This position is in Manitowish Waters, WI.

Position Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist daily operations for maintenance and grounds teams, providing hands-on support and guidance to ensure high facility standards.
• Partner with the Facilities Manager to schedule and assign carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, HVAC, roofing and security projects.
• Routinely inspect buildings, sites and equipment for needed repair and respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
• Maintain records and prepare reports for management review, including work orders, staffing reports and audits.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• A valid driver's license.
• 3+ years of experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), landscaping, HVAC and electrical systems.
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
